Attended the University of Arkansas School for Medical Sciences. After graduation, he completed his internship at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock. He is a board-certified in internal medicine and has been practicing for over 21 years. Dr. Arnold serves as Chief of Staff, and Medical Director for the Performance Improvement Program, Swing Bed Services, and Cardiac Rehabilitation Service for Fulton County Hospital.
